Abstract

In October 2019, the Farmers Exchange Rate (NTP) of North Maluku Province was 97.86, an increase of 0.83 percent when compared to the previous month (September 2019) which was 97.06.
Of the 10 (ten) Provinces in Eastern Indonesia, FTT October 2019 against September 2019 there was a decline in FTT in 4 (four) provinces where the largest decline occurred in Gorontalo at 1.70 percent. While 6 (six) other provinces experienced an increase in FTT where North Maluku experienced the largest increase in FTT, which was 0.83 percent
NTP experienced an increase from September 2019 to October 2019, from 103.88 to 104.04 or an increase of 0.16 percent.
In October 2019, North Maluku Province experienced rural inflation of -0.22 percent (deflation) due to the decline in the index of household consumption in the expenditure group for food, housing, as well as education, recreation, and sports.
