An Exemplary Statistician or abbreviated as IST is a figure who has the characteristics of a Smart ASN and moral behavior as a role model and influencer who can inspire, motivate, and raise the spirit for oneself and others to perform at a high level. The Exemplary Statistician assessment is determined based on the assessment of all BPS employees of North Halmahera Regency.
