On Thursday, August 1, 2024, at the North Halmahera Regent's office, the Launching of the Statistics Love Village was carried out through the 2024 village administration data management system in collaboration with the Gura Village, Gosoma Village, and Rawajaya Village governments. This activity is part of the Beautiful Village Sista Laras program.
In his presentation, the Head of the North Halmahera Regency BPS, Arifin M Kahar, SST., M.Stat, explained the importance of the 2024 Beautiful Village. The aim is to increase statistical literacy for village officials and the community and provide data insight into village development and fostering village data management with Gura Village, Gosoma Village, and Rawajaya Village.
This launch was also attended by Assistant I for Government of North Halmahera Regency, Drs. Frederik Nelson Sahetapy, S.IP, Expert Staff to the Regent for Political and Legal Government, Ir. Valentino E. Leiwakabessy, M.MA, and Head of the Research, Development and Statistics Agency, E.J. Londingkene, S.Sos, MTP.. Also present were representatives from the Regional Development Planning Agency, the Communication, Informatics and Supply Service, the Village Community Empowerment Service, the Health Service, the Tobelo and Central Tobelo Sub-district Heads, the Heads of Gura Village, Gosoma Village, and Rawajaya Village
The collaboration between the BPS of North Halmahera Regency and the governments of Gura Village, Gosoma Village, and Rawajaya Village is considered an important initial step in building statistics in the village. This is an effort to realize village progress and independence through effective and optimal data management.
