Abstract

BPS-Statistics of Indonesia (BPS) is a public institution that has the duty and responsibility to provide data and information in the field of statistics. In regards to producing and presenting statistical data, BPS always strives to pay attention to satisfaction and service quality to data users who are looking for statistical data. BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the needs and level of satisfaction of data users through the Analysis for The Survey Results of Data Requirement (SKD).
BPS-Statistics of Halmahera Utara Regency conducted SKD 2024 in Januari -end of the enumeration period in2024 with respondents who came from both BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) visitors of Halmahera Utara Regency, as well as from respondents who filled out online. The results of the 2024 SKD activity are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of data user characteristics, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and performance analysis of service units.
