Socialization of Waste Management

On Saturday, November 16, 2024, the Central Statistics Agency of North Halmahera Regency, Halamera University, the Environmental Service of North Halmahera Regency, and the Tourism Service of North Halmahera Regency collaborated in a Waste Management Socialization event. In addition, there was participation from a foreign NGO, the Sustainable Strategic Network, which socialized the dangers of plastic waste in the sea.

This activity also included the handover of tree seedlings to the Head of Luari Village to be planted in the coastal area and its surroundings. The event continued with garbage collection along the shore of Luari Beach. And the event closed with Fun Diving.
